About us

The Khaja Education Society was established in the year 1958 and registered in the year 1966 under Mysore Societies Registration Act 1960, by Late Padmashree Janab Syed Shah Muhammad Al-Hussaini Saheb.

Bi Bi Raza Degree College was established in 1977. The College was established in answer to a deeply felt basic need and got affiliated to Karnataka University Dharwad. The College is being run to cater to the needs of under privilege section of the society. The college has been named after the wife of Saint Hazrat Khaja Bandenawaz (RH).

Bi Bi Raza Degree College at present affiliated to Akkamahadevi Women’s University Vijayapura. This is one of the pioneer minority colleges in Hyderabad Karnataka region of Karnataka to have an independent undergraduate courses in Arabic, Urdu, English, Hindi, History, Sociology, Political Science, Education, journalism & Mass Communication, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Botany, Zoology & Biotechnology.

The College has well equipped laboratories and required modern facilities & modern teaching aids. The college has a well developed library with wide range of books. The College lays emphasis on the physical well being of students through NSS and sports facilities.

            Our College comes under 2F and 12B of UGC and accredited with B Grade by NAAC Bangalore 2015.

Admission is secular in its outlook and welcomes students from all castes, religion, creed and language to be a part of the KBN Society.

Academics : The Academics Engagement at Bi Bi Raza Degree College is intense and rigorous. The deaneries, Centers and office support the departments in the academic innovations.

Campus :      

The campus located near Darga Hazrath Khaja Bandanawaz (RH) beside Khaja Bandanawaz College  of  Engineering, Kalaburagi.

Library :        

Library is digitalize and contains volumes of books of UG and P.G.

Dress Code: 

The institution has implemented the dress code for students as the best practice with a view to instill sense of equality and sense of discipline among students.
